Gifting with Restaurant Fiz

Gift Vouchers for our restaurant is only available for purchase directly from us, and shall be used only within our premises with the below terms and conditions.

Usage & Validity

The utilisation of gift vouchers are to be done in conjunction with a reservation which is made via phone call, email or whatsapp only at +65 9679 8021 or enquiries@restaurantfiz.sg.

The gift voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the voucher and only applicable for the service as specified in the Gift Voucher, in the Main Dining Area (unless otherwise specified).

The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and must be utilised in a single transaction only and any remaining amount will not be refunded or carried over to a future transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, if the total bill exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by credit card, or any other accepted payment method. If the total bill is less than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance will not be refunded.

The gift voucher is valid for 3 months only, which is mentioned on the voucher, from the date of issue.

Gift vouchers that represent a cash value is not applicable for usage for any additional charges such as taxes, service charges, or gratuities.

The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or coupons. The restaurant is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift vouchers.

The restaurant reserves the right to refuse any e-voucher that appears to be tampered with or fraudulent.
